Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will grant you full command over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mailbox account to another, activate email filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the mailbox you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
